30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing. An order is considered confirmed only upon the Client’s written acceptance of the quotation and Vinatech’s receipt of the required deposit payment. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us at our sole discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms for all orders are as follows:

  • A 30% deposit of the total invoiced amount is required to confirm the order and initiate production or allocation of stock.
  • The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full, and funds must be cleared, before the dispatch, collection, or delivery of goods.
  • All payments must be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the official Vinatech Australia invoice.
  • Production and delivery schedules are subject to the timely receipt of payments.

4. Products, Services, and Pricing

Vinatech Australia provides warehouse racking, automated storage solutions, and related services, including expert consultation and design. Our products are engineered to be compatible with Australian Standard AS 4084.

Prices for our products and services are provided via a formal quotation. We reserve the right to modify specifications or discontinue products. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of a product.

6. Delivery and Collection

Our standard pricing is based on an

Ex-Warehouse (EXW) basis from our facility in Dandenong South, VIC. The Client is responsible for arranging and covering all costs for transportation. Upon request, Vinatech Australia can arrange a tailored logistics solution at an additional cost. Please review our

8. Prohibited Uses
