My name is William Harris, and I am the Production Director at Vinatech Australia. I oversee the entire manufacturing operation for our industrial warehouse racking systems and the development of smart warehouse solutions. My role is to ensure every racking system we produce meets high standards of durability, safety and space optimisation, while integrating the right technologies to support modern warehouse operations.

Years of experience

I have more than ten years of experience in the storage equipment and warehouse optimisation industry. Having worked on various large-scale projects across Australia, I’ve gained a deep understanding of every stage of racking production and what it takes to run an efficient, high-performance warehouse.

Areas of expertise

My expertise focuses on designing, standardising and implementing racking systems such as Selective Racking, Drive-in, Double Deep, Mezzanine systems and warehouse flooring solutions. I also specialise in smart warehouse technologies, including AS/RS automation, FIFO-based systems, sensor-driven stock monitoring and data-led optimisation of warehouse workflows. My goal is to help businesses maximise space, improve movement efficiency and significantly enhance overall operational performance.
